What kinds of companies will I work with?

Will I be employed by MDT or the client?

You’ll be a full-time, permanent employee of MDT, embedded in the client’s team. That means you’re not working as a contractor - you’re employed locally while working with an international company. 

Where will I work from?

Most hires work remotely from home - but some work from our Cape Town office or a co-working space chosen by the client. This all depends on the role requirements and client preference.

What kind of support do you provide once I’m hired?

We’re your point of contact once you’re hired, and we’re here to support you as you settle into the role and grow in it.

Do I need prior international experience?

Not necessarily. It depends on the role - we care more about your capability, communication, and potential.
